		<description>This needs balance: You can get plenty of quacks in alternative and complementary therapies but you can also get quacks in the GP surgery or hospital. The point about the UK is that the law regulates against those who pass themselves off as qualified doctors but does not actively regulate against those who pass themselves off as qualified  acupunturists for example. (Apart from legal issue of misrepresentation). I think it is right that people should have a choice in their health but this choice should be monitored by the law to ensure no one gets ripped off - wether by the pharmaceutical co&#039;s or the Shamanic Healer. rollenflood@hotmail.com</description>
