Opting out is effectively what Uschi Kraus-Harper has done with her response to the ASA (see below) after their fatuous demand for unwarranted website changes because of their current homeophobe attitude.
If I had a work website, I would be doing exactly the same. If they can't accept a) that the HoC S & T Committee Report on Homeopathy was a stitch-up job that has subsequently been totally discredited, b)that they are being manipulated by pharma/medical interests hostile to an effective, safer competitive medical system, c) that double blind RCTs are in most instances invalid for the purposes of testing the homeopathic healthcare method,that is their problem. As it stands, the complaints all have to do with the debate about the efficacy of homeopathy. I repeat that as practitioners of an established form of medicine, according to your own ruling, homeopaths do not need to provide proof of efficacy for their form of medicine. You are using the report of the Commons Science and Technology Committee as a legal reference when it is no such thing. It seems to me that you are breaching your own rules and overstepping your remit. You are trying to threaten me with your sentence "…inform them of the action we intend to take". It is a witch hunt!!! I have changed my website in accordance to advice from Society of Homeopaths. It’s to do with the wording. You are not allowed to mentions homeopathy can help any sort of medical condition. For example my website now states that :-

One or 2 have links to research or articles on them being cured but that is OK because I have not stated it on my website. On my First Aid page is written << The indications for the remedies below come historically from various homeopathic Materia Medica and the principles of homeopathy.>>What actually happened was that a skeptic site put out an order that members complain about the websites of local homeopaths. Get a grip people, if a person is prescribed penicillin for an infection it is done because penicillin has been scientifically proven to help with infections etc etc etc. All you are being made to do is, if you want to sell something claiming it has a medically beneficial effect then it has to have been proven using recognised scientific studies.
